Alum Builders
The problem:
Alum Builders were a small company who were starting to grow and
needed to address their legal HR requirements. There was no one one
the staff who had he time of experience to address this and they
could not afford to employ some one specifically for this role.
However the directors were aware that they need to do something!
The solution:
247Virtual office HR module including document sharing, employees
database to enable -
- a central secure point for all employees records
- a central point for staff to access the Staff Handbook,
Holiday forms etc
- a central online place for managing holidays, accident forms
etc
- a central online for Health and Safety information which was
provided by a third party who had access to the Virtual office
- the support of an HR [professional who managed the legal
requirements via the Virtual Office to keep records and send
reminders for courses etc.
The extra benefit: We also set up a shared calendar for
Holidays which enabled employees to access and book their own
holidays online. The HR consultant was informed of the requests and
dealt with the paperwork.
